the new bm has arrived

We’re growing up and trying a few new things around here. My intentions were to diligently keep this site up from the start. Life caught up with me. Going self-employed was the first distraction from bm, when there are hours to be worked side projects become just that, side projects. Next up was the distance I allowed myself to get from the couple of guitars in my house and the music that accompanied them. Third was the addition of the third leg of the family. Kids, while uber-fun, take time and effort. And fourth, was the lack of good inspiring music over the last year or so.

So much for the excuses. Time to start fresh. I upgraded the site to a rockstar CMS and am thinking of some new possibilities.

One thing I enjoy doing is writing, this might be a good place for me to do that. We’ll see. Who knows, I might even let you write, if you’re good.

We started with the tabs, we’ve still got them. Always will. Guess it’s time to get some new ones up.

Tab call: give us what you’ve got. New Jack? Matt? ALO? Any others you think might fit in?

Good music? Still trying to promote it. In fact, run, don’t walk over to Les Eason’s site and pick up his debut album. Do it. Okay, you can’t buy it there but you can hear a couple of tracks and a little birdy told me that purchasing tracks right there is on the way.

Will take a little bit to move content, re-organize it, and purge the excess but we’ll get there.

The boards will be up soon, make sure you sign up when they are functional. Make that a place to be. Don’t suck and become CWBaer. No GIG.

Thanks to those of you who stuck around. We hope to see you around here more often. Tell your friends, we’re back. RSS us. Make us feel loved.

Anything special you’d like to see on the site? Anything missing?

Glad to be back.
